Why K S Aiyar?
K S Aiyar is an institution that has given birth to many leading professionals in this country, over its 119 years. From inception and till date, we have lived the ideals of our founder Mr Kalayan Subramani Aiyar, who was not only a pioneer in Indian Accountancy and of the Accountancy profession, but an educationist at heart. While the Firm grew under his leadership, he regarded the Firm as a medium to further the cause of commercial education.
Over the years, we have developed systems and processes that encourage fresh graduates and Qualified Assistants to explore their full potential with guidance and support from their seniors. We support and encourage Articles to systematically learn and apply in-house audit methodologies. The firm prides in maintaining a work life balance and a professional but friendly environment where merit is recognised and rewarded at annual events.

Current Vacancies
Fresh qualified and experienced Chartered Accountants (passed in first attempt) are welcome to apply for various positions in the Audit, Advisory, Assurance, and Taxation. Candidates with other professional qualifications will be encouraged.
The firm has large and mid size clients and Qualified Assistants will gain exposure of interacting with senior professionals of the clients. Qualified Assistants will generally lead team of junior Assistants and Articles and be responsible to provide leadership to teams under him/her.
Work culture promotes professionalism and learning with adequate rotation within clients for sound exposure and learning. We encourage all to maintain a healthy work life balance and support merit. Salary will be commensurate with number of years of experience and qualifications.
