The Firm has been registered with Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB ) w.e.f February 1,2005. The PCAOB is a private sector, non profit corporation , created by the Sarbanese-OxleyAct of 2002.
The Board ensures that public company finanacial statements are audited in accordance with the highest standards of quality, independence and ethics.
